Dimedcon 2024, a national healthcare conference focused on disaster medicine, has concluded successfully at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Mangalore. Held on October 26 and 27, this event brought together healthcare professionals, students, and experts from all over the country to discuss and innovate in the realm of disaster response.

Organised by the Department of Emergency Medicine at KMC Mangalore, in partnership with the Centre for Disaster Management at KMC Manipal, Dimedcon 2024 centred on the theme ‘Resilience in the face of crisis: Advancing disaster medicine.’ StudyMEDIC is proud to have collaborated with KMC Mangalore on this visionary academic event.

We are especially grateful to Dr. Nikhil Paul, assistant professor of emergency medicine at KMC Mangalore and the organising secretary of the event. As one of our esteemed mentors at StudyMRCEM, Dr. Paul played a crucial role in bringing this impactful conference to life.
