The results for the MRCEM SBA September 2025 have been released by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine. The exam, which was conducted on September 11, 2025, at test centres worldwide, brought yet another proud moment for StudyMRCEM, as our students have showcased outstanding performance in the exam.

How to check MRCEM SBA results?
The RCEM will send an email notification once the results are published. It can be viewed on RCEM accounts. You need to log in to your RCEM account to access and download the result letters. The RCEM does not share the results directly by phone or email.
The candidates will receive a feedback letter detailing their performance within one week of the results release. This will include your score, exam pass mark and cohort average, which is the average score of all candidates who took the exam.
About MRCEM SBA
The MRCEM SBA exam is the second step following the MRCEM Primary for those who wish to become a member of the RCEM. The exam tests candidates’ skills in clinical decision-making, their ability to prioritise, and their capability in responding to emergency situations in real life.
There will be a total of 180 Single Best Answer (SBA) questions in the exam. It is divided into two papers with 90 questions each. The total duration of the exam is four hours (two hours per paper). Also, there will be a one-hour break in between the papers.
